I picked up "dipping" on my college baseball team about 5 years ago. I'm at the point where I know I'm addicted, especially in certain situations. I feel like I'm more addicted to the habits than to the actual nicotine itself. For instance, I feel like I NEED to throw in a chew when I'm...

- Playing baseball/golf

- After a meal

- On a long car ride

- Playing video games

- Drinking

- After a workout

Anyone have any recommendation or success stories that might help my situation? Any responses are welcome..
