I'm trying to quit eating sweets but I have these really bad cravings (usually at night)?

  1. I feel for you - I also suffer from the snack attack. My tip: brush your teeth! Then you wont be able to eat any more.

  2. Drink a lot of water, and eat more fruits ... maybe a fruit salad ..!

    so you will feel full and u can't take anything else!

  3. yes i toatlly know what you're talking about...i had this too especially when i was bored...eat slices apple...yu can get them in bags and you can suck them plus they're healthy and taste better so i didn't want sweets anymore...

  4. Have a drink of tea instead. And/or put a few sweets or a biscuit aside to have just before you go to bed - that way it's not as though you're going to be starving all night, but if you only have one thing, you're not going to be nibbling all evening either.

  5. Get yourself involved in something, to keep you busy and to get your mind off the hunger. Usually when you do this, the craving will go away very quickly. Also, keep a bottle of water nearby so you can sip on that too when you get the craving. That also helps to knock it out.
