I'm trying to remember the name of a bar in Indianapolis ?

It was on the west side ,I think Rockville Rd near 465, this would have been in the mid to late 80's, they served good food and had dartboards, I'm not sure if it's still there or not( I'm not thinking of Union Jacks, though I have been there)

The only bar I know near Rockville is 8 Second Saloon.
