I'm trying to sell and dining table and the little thing that goes with it.?

So I took a pic of the table, the dish thing and a chair.

Any ideas on what I should type up. I'll upload the pictures right now. The asking price my mom told me was 1500. And I am supposed to be making the flyer thing. It's made out of oak. It's brand new and thats basically all I can say. It's simple and comfy chairs and it fits in any room atmosphere. Thank You!
