I'm trying to think of a place to dine on Valentines Day in Minnesota.?

I am trying to find out a great place to dine on Valentines Day with my boyfriend. It would end up being the first for both of us to have someone on Valentines Day and I want to make it special. I know its far ahead of thinking about this but I would like to try to make plans about it at least. I know he may be thinking about taking me out somewhere too but you never know. I just don't know where to go we normally like almost anything. I would want to try to stay away from highly expensive resturants being college students don't exactly have cash falling out of the pockets. I am hoping to find one maybe in the Anoke/Hennepin area or maybe in Minneapolis or St. Paul. If anyone can help please tell me.

The Olive Garden or Appleby's is usually reasonably priced, although it's good maybe to put a little $ away to build up to that night so you know you will be able to cover the tab.
