I'm trying to trace my family in Malaysia, is there a directory?

I'm looking for Mohamed Rusli Bin Alias, from Kula Lumpur, his father is called Arshad Bin Alias. 25 years ago they lived in Persia Gurney KL (I think that's the spelling). If there's a phone book or something I'd be interested to find out, thanks!
