I'm trying to translate a legal document from korean into english ?

basically its a case thats been tried already and the courts have made a ( ruling, decision, judgement) which one is correct? It's to go on top of a legal Document like so:

Ansan Branch Court Under Suwon District Court

(Ruling, Decision, Judgement)

Which is correct? for the header?

  1. If The korean document has this information on and you have a copy on your computer you can go on google translate (Google "Google translate") copy and paste it into the box provided scoll down to korean click then click translate to english. Plus I think in England it is a ruling


  2. this is why legal translation is a special profession all in itself, requiring multiple graduate degrees (translation and law).

    if you don't have the knowledge to even describe the type of document you have, then how are you going to expect the reader to rely on the legal concepts and details of the rest of it?

    i used to work for a a translation agency owner who said "Just to speak a mother tongue does not make one a translator". That goes double for legal and medical documents.
