I'm trying to unsusbcribe from my group. HAVING great problems -what do i do?

what do i have to do to unsubscribe? have already sent the local group an e-mail, and i am given a link on to the yahoo website

If you don't know how to unsubscribe, why bother doing it? Just don't visit the group, don't take part in it - and that's the same as if you weren't there!

If it is a yahoo group, YOU have to unsubscribe. Go to your group, look up at the top and find the "edit membership" link. Follow that, scroll down to the bottom, and you will see a "leave group" button.

go the the group, and click on 'edit membership, scroll to bottom of the page, and click 'leave group'. then confirm on the next page...

or- http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups should allow you to edit more than 1 group off your list.

Here is how you can unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

if you cant get to the home page, you're out of luck and have to attempt to unsub through e-mail, which sucks since most times it dosn't work.

if you cant get to this area:

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column has a square box, Leave Group. check that box - click save changes

you can also try e-mailing the owner and explaining the issues all around that unsubbing through e-mail does not work and see if they will remove you
