I'm trying to watch what I eat. Is drinking a little bit of soda all right?

I want to know if drinking a little bit of regular soda is okay.

  1. Soda is not good for you at all if you are trying to lose weight but if you are just watching what you eat and you only have a small glass once or twice a week, then you are ok.  


  2. a little bit of anything is ok...in moderation though. there's a lot of calories in it, but if the calories you eat in the whole day are still ok (ie less than your body uses), then it's fine if some of those come from fizzy drinks.

  3. i would try to avoid it, but if you are drinking mostly water or tea, then it is ok.  Also if you are eating lots of vegetables and fruits and nuts, then you'll be ok with a little soda.  one can isn't a little. one can is actually a lot.

  4. I HATE diet soda's, but i've recently tried the Coke Zero, and it tastes just the same as regular, except no calories. Now i drink it all the time.
