When I was younger I invited my friends to dinner at some restaurant, then we rented a movie together watched it and just ate candy and chips until we were about to burst, I loved it :)

Some beauty salons offer birthday parties where the guests and you can get your hair & nails done, or even a massage.  

How about bowling or putt putt?  Are there any amusement parks near you?  That might be a fun day, too.

have a pj party and sleep over after. go to the local make up store and ask for some samples for party favours. Tell stories, play truth or dare, movie, talk about boys, and try an all nighter. The next day you can go to the movies with some boys. Or you can go bowling. Or do your nails, have a spa while eating pizza. You could even make your own pizza with your friends

Option 1:

Go to a hotel for the night and hang out and swim and ride the elevators 20,000,000,000 times LOL

Option 2:

Have a sleepover paint eachothers nails whatch your favorite movies or go to the movies and eat some ice cream!!! You could do each others hair and have a "spa" day and make your own pizza...

Option 3:

Go to a small theme park like where I live we have a small theme park called castles and coasters its fun!

Option 4: (My favorite!)

Go to a laser tag arena and battle it out for as long as you want and then afterward stop and get pizza then hang out at your house afterward or have a sleepover and have an ice cream eating contest and try to pull an all nighter!!

just have a bond fire and make some smores its like a hangout just have some chairs or logs out sit there talk about stuff at school play truth or dare make smores tell scary stories its just a bond fire you sit around a fire at night its pretty nice and relaxing
