I'm turning 17 in June and I want to go to a really nice restaurant in NYC, that's good for teens.?

I've been to many really really nice and expensive restaurants in New York City. I've been to a variety of restuarants from asian fusion to typical american, but I'm looking for something a little different for my birthday. I want someplace that has good food, but also somewhere where me and my friends can have a really good time. The cost doesn't matter.

(Don't give me any cheap restaurants, or any typical ones like tao and jekell and hyde, I've been to a ton of restuarants like that, I want something DIFFERENT)

Im not sure whether I'm going to bring just a few close friends or a lot of my friends.

Sparks, would be great

but Dasiy's Mae's is a blast, you get buckets of beer and a 1/2 pig, or a full pig

we just did it and had 10 people really good time, and the food is not just great , really great, and sitting there with a pig is something diffenrnt for a bunch of dudes from Long Island

Check out SEA Thai Bistro in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Don't panic, it's the first stop in Brooklyn off the L train.

It's a very trendy restaurant in a former warehouse.  It has a club vibe, with loud music, a bathroom with cameras in it so you can spy on your date. and a reflection pool in the middle of the restaurant.  

s*x and the City was shot there back in the day, and the opening scene of the movie "Garden State" was also shot there.

oh, and Williamsburg, Brooklyn is perfectly safe, and alot cooler than wandering around Times Square like some tourist.

Go to Lindy's in Times Square.  Not fancy, but good location.  Or, Ben Benson's Steak House.

Mangia e Bevi  on Ninth Avenue and 53rd Street can be a lot of fun.  Everyone gets a tambourine, the waiters dance with the customers, and, if it's your birthday, they put you up on a table and everyone sings Happy Birthday and dances around you.
