I'm turning into a soccer maniac! How can i change my diet?

Starting today, I have intense soccer tryouts with 2 miles running, sprints and lots of drills for 3 hours each day for 5 days. i also do an evening clinic thats aimed towards conditioning, so i get drained of energy and can't wait to get into bed each night. this hectic schedule will only get worse if i make the soccer team. i've basically gone from soccer twice a week to soccer being my whole life! what should i eat in a typical tryout day and how can i get my muscles from being less sore?!!

  1. Rolled tacos.

    You can buy them frozen then just heat 'em up.

    Spoon hot sauce into them, good to go.


  2. Take multi-vitamins like Centrum. Eat a lot of fresh fruits especially apples for energy boost. Avoid grease, oils, and other junk. Don't fill up on bread.

    eating healthy and getting sleep gets you feeling better and playing better!
