I'm underage but look like i'm 18. If i smoke in public, can the police pull over and catch me.

If i do get caught, what will they do to me?

If you smoke, that is punishment enough.  They realize any one dumb enough to smoke has enough problems.

Smoking is illegal if your not in the age group to do so.. I'm not sure what the punishment would be though.. Looks don't matter when it comes to that stuff, they check your liences out if you have one and they would go by that... you do have a driver liences right?

It's not illegal in all states, and penalties vary from state to state. Usually no biggie. In any case, they're not going to know you're under 18, and they aren't allowed to ask for ID or quiz you -- if it's illegal where you are they need some reason to suspect that you aren't old enough. So don't let your Pampers show.

You're a r****d for smoking in the first place.  Its one of the toughest addictions to break.  The ones who will pay the most are your kids when you die from it and the grand kids you will never live to see.

Your going to have to give them a reason to pull you over. say u dont look 18 to an officer . they'll probably pull you over and ask for some ID. Most likely what they would do if your underage is to give you a fine or a ticket for MINOR IN POSCESSION OF TOBACCO which is about 600 bucks and call your parents on the spot.
