i'm a sixteen year old girl and weigh only 89 pounds. im also five feet three inches. i know thats somewhat small but i eat and exercise and feel pretty healthy. i dont have my period though and i know that if you are underweight you dont usually get your period. and no matter what i do (i've tried different eating habits) i'm still in the 80's. I've only reached 90 pounds once, and that was after i stuffed my face, lol. um... is this normal or should i be worried?

  1. be happy your thin hot and boys will dig u im 90

  2. you'll be weak, look sick, and be flat until you get healthy

    healthy weight chart (females only)

    5'0"=100lbs

    5'1"=105lbs

    5'2"=110lbs

    5'3"=115lbs

    5'4"=120lbs

    5'5"=125lbs

    5'6"=130lbs

    5'7"=135lbs

    5'8"=140lbs

    5'9"=145lbs

    (this weight chart gives a healthy weight to height ratio according to a BMI scale and even gives a few pounds to spare)

  3. i am 15 years old and i only weigh 92 pounds and am a male but my grandfather was your height when he graduated high school and weighed 84 pounds. the doctors said he was perfectly healthy but after high school he needed steroids to make him grow. my mom and dad were both under 100 pounds when they graduated high school and they are fine now. so what I'm trying to say is that maybe it runs in your family or you just have a very high metabolism

  4. Slightly worried; now that you're 16 and almost in your adulthood you need to start thinking about your health more.

    This can cause some problems with iron intake and so on, and being malnourished won't help.

    See your doctor soon if you still don't have your period.
