I'm unhealthy, I'm gaining weight!?

I'm 5 and i weigh about 150lbs, a little on the chunky side but curvy as well and my mom keeps bugging me saying that I'm fat and need to lose some weight, i guess i do need to but i feel lazy too, my boyfriend gets mad when he sees that i drink soda after soda, he also says that i need to lose weight but regardless he still loves me for me and says that he will love me no matter if i got fatter on him...lol, what should i do?

  2. i think that you need to stop drinkig a lot of soda, and eat a bit healthier. your BMI is 29.3, and having a BMI of 30 is considered obese.

    i definitely think you should lose some weight and have a healthier diet to avoid health issues. :]

  3. You prob arent healthy at all... you shouldnt drinnk soda after soda thats grosse. You need to start excesising and eating healthy.

  6. I really think you should cut down on soda, and you should see a lot of difference. Sweet drinks like that pack a lot of fats into your body and it is REALLY unhealthy!

    If you really feel like you need a sweet drink, try mixing your favorite fruits into the blender and make some nice smoothies, which is a healthier alternative. If not, eliminate it totally and switch to drinking plain water/ sip on warm green tea which would help increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite.

    Oh and you shouldn't be doing for your boyfriend/mum dear! Its for your own health benefits and you would feel healthier and happier if you shed some pounds.

    ps: If you ARE really 5 its too early to have a boyfriend!
