It depends what device you own. Each device runs it's own version of Windows Mobile since the manufacturers play with it and the drivers.

If you have a device made by HTC, have a look at xda-developers.com . They know everything about modding your PDA.

However if you can't understand half of what I just typed, do not attempt installing another version of Windows Mobile. It's not something easy and only advanced users should do it. It's not supported by the manufacturer (except for official ROM upgrades) and generally involves a lot of risks if you don't know exactly what you are doing.
