I'm using BMI flight service & can carry 20k - can it be in seperate suitcases, or not?

Its your cash, you can store it however you like.

If you go through customs you will have to report that you are carrying that much cash though.

It can be in two seperate suitcases.

I used Zoom Airlines and the baggage requirements were 2 checked-in - both 20 g

economy,

economy saver 1 piece hand luggage

max size 55x40x23cm, plus one personal item* 2 pieces up to 46kg, max weight per piece 23kg checked-in
