Your chances of her pregnant are extremely slim. Her period could be thrown off by almost anything (starting school, taking up a sport, the stress of having s*x, etc.). I wouldn't really worry too much.

How old is she? If she's like 12 or something she mightn't have developed a regular cycle yet.
