I read on google that you just add one extra egg, so that'd make it 3 eggs. Is that right or is there a different trick?

  1. you add another egg then just bake it

  2. you dont

  3. there's another trick that i found out by accident when i was making cookie dough. I was trying to thicken the dough since I used to much water and the cookies turned out cake like. The trick is cornstarch.

  4. Add an extra egg.  They will make the brownies "fluffier".  Good luck, and enjoy.  They are my favorite!

  5. yeah an extra egg and a tablespoon of applesauce to make it moist ,, that is what i do

  6. add three eggs instead of 2

  7. why the h**l dont u kno? be careful cause if you dont kno that u might burn down ur house. but besides that. 1 egg would be good

  8. just make a chocolate cake instead

  9. in a cake-mix, baking powder is used. And in brownie mix, baking soda is used.

  10. A lot of boxes even include a notation about adding an extra (so 3) eggs to make brownies more cakelike.  So yes, that's the trick!

  11. No, that's really it - you just add one extra egg.  It's not as good n my opinion.  The flaky top is gone .... and that's the best part!

  12. They actually have special mixes for more of a cakey texture. Other than that idk. Last time i made brownies they came out like a cake almost but i don't remember what I did different. Sorry
