I'm using crest whiting stripes and a little of my gums turned white! HELP!?

i have been using crest whiting strips and a little piece of my gums turned white.

is there a way i can help it without having to stop using the strips?

i have used it once in the morning and twice at night.

you just got the material on your gums and burned it....just a tiny chemical burn....The mouth heals quickly so it will be fine without doing anything...

Just make sure when you are using the strips not to have them touch your gums....

The whitening material is ok for the teeth, but too much for your gums...

P.S. I think you are only supposed to use them 2 times per day.

you are doing it a bit much, maybe tone it down to one a day.

stop using them so often.  the peroxide will damage skin cells but it will go away quickly.
