  1. Christ almighty, God made us top of the food chain - we have eyes that point forward and incisors in our mouths. It means we evolved to eat meat as well as vegetables.

    The Vegan lifestyle is ridiculous.

I would recommend however, some steamed potatoes with caramelised onion and carrot and sauteed mushrooms. Yummy

  2. Salads with a lot of variety of vegetables or fruits or rices.

Variety of soups hot or cold.

    Pizza with vegan toppings.

Pasta nutritional yeast cheese sauce or other sauce and vegetables.

Potatoes scalloped, mashed, fried, baked, etc with fillings and sauces.

Burgers made with portobella mushrooms, chickpea, tofu, soy, vegetable, seitan, tvp, or tempeh.

Sandwiches like roasted veggie, TLT, (vegan) BLT, tofurky cheezsteak, etc.

    Lasagna

    Tacos or burritos

    Nachos, pizza

Fried or baked or bbqed tofu

    Fried eggplant or other vegetables.

Rice or couscous or quinoa mixed with beans of your choice and vegetables.

Stir fry wit vegetables and tofu or whatever you like.

    Risotto or other rice dish.

Falafels in whole wheat pita with tomato, avocado, parsley, and tahini or hummus.

    Chili

    Chickpea cutlets

    Sushi

  3. Skordalia (potato mashed with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice) and rattatouie.

    Dal and rice.

    Hummous and dolmades and salad

Miso soup with rice, tofu and a few veges chucked in

    Heaps of stuff

  4. Vegan Lasagna - you just need a ton of vegetables and some soy cheese. (if you want, you can add vegan 'meat')

Vegan pizza - vegetable toppings (optional vegan sausage or something) with soy cheese, or no cheese. Whatever you like

Stir-fry - rice or noodles with veggies

    Veggie enchiladas (sp?)

personally, i like buying vegan puff pastry and experimenting with things. my favourite so far is spinach and pumpkin puffs. Spinach and tofu is good too (if you add things to the tofu). I accidently found out how to make vegan sausage rolls with puff pastry and vegan sausage.

Desert ideas- vegan muffins, cupcakes, apple pie. You can also try putting apple and/berries in puff pastry with cinnamon

(I know I have a thing with puff pastry, ok. I just found some puff pastry that says that it's vegan on the front, so I'm excited to make some of my old favourites)

  5. you can try spaghetti with lots of veggies and tomato sauce

for dessert you can try a vegan apple pie with apple sauce shortening or veggie oil as shortening
