  1. you'll get juices, and cereal, peanut butter or dry peas or beans. Not much..cuz I think most of the focus is on calcium so they give milk cheese eggs. MMM dairy.

  2. Your WIC nutritionist will make up an individual plan for you.  The options for the most part are not Vegan.  In general this is what is usually available:

Infants who are not breastfed receive infant formula. Infants also receive cereal and juice at the appropriate age.

Women and children get milk, cheese, eggs, cereal high in iron and low in sugar, fruit juice high in Vitamin C, and peanut butter or dried peas or beans.

Women who are breastfeeding their babies and not receiving infant formula from the WIC program also get tuna and carrots.

  3. You can still get peanut butter, or beans in place of the peanut butter, and cereal, if you like to snack on it dry, since you don't eat dairy. You can also get juice. But pretty much everything else I think is either milk or cheese. And of course when your baby is born, you get formula, if you choose not to breastfeed.

  4. i know they pay for milk, cheese, and juice. Other than that, I'm not sure? You can call and talk to them though.

  5. Get a job.  Seriously.  A job and an education.
