  1. Quinoa, spirulina, and hemp seeds are all complete proteins.

Also Amaranth and corn, beans of any kind and rice also make complete proteins.

Kamut has 20 to 40% more protein than regular wheat.

A cup of barley has as much protein as a cup of milk.

I don't recommend the eggs and milk but since you are already eating them at least you don't have to worry about getting enough protein.

  2. then you're not a vegetarian.

  3. try a hemp milk!!! comes in original, chocolate and vanilla flavor. no THC so it will not get you high but it sure tastes great. its made by Living Harvest. a creamy non-dairy beverage made from whole hemp nuts. excellent source of omega-3&6 lots of calcium and good source of protien.

    good luck!

oh and they also have organic hemp protein powder which can be used for milk shakes smoothies and such. it comes in 3 different flavors original, vanilla spice, and chocolate chili flavor.

heres a website for there products

  4. Nuts, beans, quinoa, peanut butter and other nut butters, seitan (wheat gluten),  lentils, chickpeas, spirulina, buckwheat, amaranth, broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes, beans, rice & beans, apples, banana, oranges,  watermelon, seeds (hemp, flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), fortified plant milks other than soy, some premade meals (such as Amy's, etc) & meat substitutes (such as Boca, Gardenburger, Tofurkey, Lightlife, Morningstar, Yves, etc) or the main sources of veg protein.

  5. Beans,lentils,rice.

Try Asian and Indian staples FROM ETHNIC GROCERIES.  Wonderful things there to try.    Also Winter squash, dark orange, and pumpkin.  Also seeds like sunflower, pumpkin seeds, etc.

    PROTEIN IS OVERRATED.

  6. Whole grains and beans are great sources but pretty much everything you eat has protein.  I don't know what you mean by "a lot of eggs, milk and nuts"  but if you add those items to the protein of everything else you eat, you may be even getting too much protein...which isn't good either.  You only need 40-60 grams of protein a day depending on your needs.

  7. Stick to eggs  and nuts for protein. As for milk try almond  milk or rice milk. Instead of soy meat, try blackbean burgers
