what do you do to cheer yourself up?

wine? leaving the house for no reason? (these are things that I have thought of but have no idea if its a god idea or not)

help pretty please. ten points for someone who can cheer me up :)

  1. occupy yourself with a hobby, friends, a funny movie, anything that can get your mind over what is making you so depressed....im was very depressed tooo a few weeks ago...and what i did was think positive,,,excersised...went out and eventually my depressing faded away! eat right...and get enough sleep...hoped i helped a little...good luck!


  2. TV. txt some friends. call some friends. AIM. hobbies. music. food.  

  3. Go out and watch a movie. Take potluck and chances are you will feel better at the end (you can take chocolate with you :-)).  

  4. A nice bubble bath, chocolate and your favorite music

  5. I listen to music that is upbeat. I get out of the house - no mopping around and I really try to not think about what is upsetting me. Anything really that works to get your mind off of what it is thats making you sad.
