what are some things I can do in 2 years to get physically fit? I make up for my lack of strength with determination, i've been told by coaches(used to play football) i could play college football just because I try so hard.

  1. don't confuse mass with strength...

Every body type has it's advantages/disadvantages, especially in sports.

The scrawniest player on the football field is sometimes the most important player to winning the game...(kicker).

You remind me of that movie...."Rudy".... good movie.

Work on increasing your strength and stamina....don't worry so much about size.

    Free weights, jogging, situps...etc.

There is really no shortcut to working out and getting fit, but there are alot of devices and substances out there that claim to do just that...

keep it simple...eat good, exercise....don't smoke.

  2. If you can run 3 miles, do 50 pushups, and 100 situps you're fine
