  2. Find out the reason for your bad temper.Maybe its fatigue,frustration or uneasiness.

  3. it is natural for people to have arguments with the ones they r close with ... nxt time u are in a fight instead of trying to impose ur point on the person , be the one to put an end to it by agreeing with them

  5. Understand that we get short tempered / Angry with the ones we love the most. First talk frankly and let them know that u get angry when ur expectations fail on someone and then be sure that when u get angry u dont make fun on them or their dreams.

    Getting Angry at someone is sending negative waves from u to the person and in turn to the world.If u shout at someone and they get angry they gonna go out and shout at somebody else and the waves travel all along.

    Also think why do u want to spoil the day of a person - atleast the person u love the more..

    It jus need practice and perseverence - Everytime u get a negative thought add a positive one to counteract it in ur mind..

  6. It is easy to break relationships but very difficult to bring healing to the wounds you have caused to the loved ones you have hurt because of your temper.

    You've realized the problem is your temper. Try putting yourself in the other person's shoes before saying or doing something to hurt them. Understand how they might feel and how they would react in that situation.

    Try counting 1- 50 before you say something mean or harsh. It really helps. Realize that it is not overnight that you can expect changes and give yourself enough time to get over it. Time is the best healer and experience is the best teacher.

  7. Watch many love or romantic movie.

  8. If your love ones say something you don't like walk away and than come back you are cooled down you will feel alot better and you will not have to fight
