  1. doing it on a regular basis and increasing distance. Everyone who isn't a runner is going through this. It's normal. There really isn't much you can do except get fitter at running.

  2. start small like walking. it might not be that you are out of shape but your body might not be conditioned for endurance.

  3. sometimes i get that feeling, and i run track.

    i have asphma.

  4. run alil and walk then run alil and walk

    or

run alil the first week and add another street another week and each week keep adding a new street   this will get up in better shape

  5. Listen to music. Run when its cool. Running sucks your not going to feel good. I prefer walking fast most of the way and running in some places for short periods of time.

Its also easier to run on a level track not going up and down hills.

  6. Well you could be eating before you run. otherwise if you practice you could get better. OR you have asthma.

  7. you're out a shape. do it more and the uncomfortable feeling will stop. doesn't mean that you're not obese or fat that you're 'in' shape.

  8. No one said runnging was a walk in the park, it is work! Start smaller run, walk, run ect. But the harder you push yourself each day the faster youl will get in shape and the further you will be able to go. Try running an extra half mile or 3-4 minutes after you feel like you need to stop. Tough it out, and you will feel that much better afterwards!
