  1. Yes, any travel agency should be able to set something like this up for you.

    http://www.tours-italy.com/venice_tours-...

Here's an example starting in Rome and going through Florence to Venice with a couple of other stops: http://italiatours.tourpackagers.com/det...

    Or:

    http://www.viator.com/Venice/d522-ttd

However, this would be very easy to do yourself and you would be able to see exactly what you want at a cheaper price.

There are three or four trains an hour from Rome to Florence - the fast trains (Eurostar take about an hour and a half. This would be a very easy day trip. There's also a train every hour from Florence to Venice - a little less than 3 hours on the Eurostar. You can plan rail travel at: http://www.trenitalia.com/en/orari_bigli...

There are ticket machines in the stations with six languages including English.

One of the best sites for booking hotels in Italy is http://www.venere.com/

You can locate hotel by price, locations within a city, or other criteria and see reviews by people that have stayed there. I live in Italy and travel many weekends and use venere often.
