I'm waiting for my husbands immigration papers its been 3 weeks since they have got them. What should i do?

Just be patient and try not to worry. 3 weeks is not that long at all when it comes to immigration,they move slowly.

3 weeks is not long enough.

If you havent heard anything in 3 months, then maybe you can panic.

Call your caseworker.  Just don't call too much.  They're probably just slow.

You will soon get a Notice of Action or I-797 stating that they received the papers. If you like to know updates on your case you can open an Customer Account in the USCIS website.In creating the account you will need your case number which is in the Notice of Action you will receive.Or they usually write it at the back of your check if you used one in paying for the fee.
