Ok well im 14 and I'm wanting to become a Pescatarian. (The word “pescatarian†is occasionally used to describe those who abstain from eating all meat and animal flesh with the exception of fish. Although the word is not commonly used, more and more people are adopting this kind of diet, usually for health reasons or as a stepping stone to a fully vegetarian diet) I only 2 kinds of meat already (chicken + turkey) but I know i can give it up without a problem. I think eating animals is wrong so I'm giving it up.But here's my problem , My family are really BIG on eating meat and they think I'm crazy for wanting to give it up. But I dont see what the problem is because I cook my own meals (because most of the time I dont like what my mom makes for my dad and brother and herself) So I dont see what the big deal is. So how can I convince my family that me going Pescatarian would benefit myself and my health?
