You start by writing to your bank's head office, heading your letter COMPLAINT.  Give a list of all the charges.  Tell them why you think they are unreasonable. (They are allowed to cover their costs and for providing a service).  That will start their complaints procedure.

If they can't agree, they send you a form to complain to the Financial Ombudsman.  Be prepared to join a long queue.
