I need some honest outside opinions, does this sound like enough calories to be healthy? Like I said I'm trying to lose some extra fat on my belly. I'm 21 (girl), 5'6 and about 122 pounds. I'm also very active.
This is what I'm having tomorrow and it's a typical day of eating for me-
1 cup Bran flakes, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, 1 tsp. flax seeds.
Cheese & veggie sandwich with whole grain bread (1 slice), 1 peach.
1 TBSP. soy nuts
1 cup vegetable soup, spinach/ricotta/mozzarella cheese mixture (about 1/3 cup), 1 tomato.
Also, I don't eat meat =) Thanks for taking the time to look at this!
