I'm not wanting to use heavy chemicals (moth balls etc) to store them in to keep insects at bay. Does anybody know of anything natural that could be used instead? Or any good storage bags/boxes?

  1. I agree, Space Bags are really the way to go with storing things.  They are reuseable and take very little space! Good luck

  2. You'll need acid free boxes, which you can buy at stores like linens 'n things. Also, drycleaners could package them up for you for archival storage for a fee. Air tight storage can lead to mold & other problems over time, so avoid leaving them in plastic containers for years on end.

Use cedar and/or lavender to keep bugs away. They both work really well for me, even in older, buggy houses.

  3. space bags r def the way to go

  4. How about using Space Bags . .  in addition to protection, you'll save lots of storage space too.

  5. first of all you should recycle it to your nearest sallies-salvation army. the best thing you could  dois put it in an air tight container or saw the clothes into a curtain and make it look colorful
