I'm watching one of my friend's guinea pigs, he's constipated.

Question

He is getting constipated almost every day. These are huge (about 1 inch in diameter) and it's happening just about every day. If any of you know what to do, it would be a HUGE help. Also, there was a tape worm in his p***s the other day, if that has anything to do with it. Please help.

Have u tryed going to the vet??  did u give him or her to mmuch human food??? just try going to the vet and giving him or her a check up too if theresa promblem in whats happeneing!!!.....if i was u i would do that!!

tape worm? i would suggest calling his owner and finding out if this is normal... i have never heard of a tape worm being anywhere but in the a**s... call the vet they know more than any one on here, and give it solid food

lettuce and carrots now.

Tape worms in his p***s..can't see that really...it would have to come from his butt.

jkust feed him his greens and carrots and leave the p***s issue with the owners..and hope they come home soon!!
