I'm 26 and he's 29. Since he returned to the UK, he behaves 'coldly' towards me.

He's lovely and sweet but with our little daughter (she's 6), not with me.

Do u think he was unfaithful?. He told me his feelings are hurt because when he returned to the UK I said 'have you raped or killed any innocent?.. surely'....

but I was joking, what can I do? greetings from Wales,UK.

Have a nice day.

  1. he is not unfaithful to you..do you ever read news or watch news on tv? do you think there will be a chance he can be unfaithful.?I think you didnt pay attention to your husband on what is happening on him while he is in Iraq thats why you question like this..

and its not him its you who have issues..that is just so wrong to ask your man if he raped someone or killed innocent..

    talked to him.

  2. He is being cold to you for the way you treated him. This man was serving his country and you accuse him of raping and pillaging. I would have left you over it. Do not assume he was cheating. Not everyone does.

  3. yeah more in-likely or he wouldn't have gotten mad

  4. Why the h**l would you say things like that to him.

Your way to immature to be married if you say things like that.

He should divorce you and find someone who is mature cause you sure aint.

  5. Wow - what a stupid thing to say to 1.) a soldier and 2.) your husband.

In order to have an affair in Iraq, he would have had to compete with thousands of other men. It's far more likely that your ignorant comment made him realize he married the wrong woman. I'd be more concerned about him having an affair now that he realized what he came home to.

You owe him a HUGE apology.

  6. well first of all hes a veteran and his priorities are towards his job.

and second. shame on you for thinking that about ur husband. do u trust him? im guessing no otherwise u wouldnt have posted this question.

and why would u have asked him if he raped anyone? what the h**l is wrong with you? you need to figure out ur issues. no wonder ur husband is cold towards you. even if what u said was a joke.it prolly hurt him.

grow up. it doesnt seem like ur ready to be in such a commting relationship.

  7. I would be angry with you too this man has just returned from a place so horrible and traumatizing that you or I can ever imagine the smell of death I'm sure lingers in the air like the unwanted scent of perfume he may have lost friends or comrades. He went to bed every night wondering if he'd make it to the next day only to wake up and realize he was in h**l on earth, then face the reality that he's over there fighting for the freedom of people who could care less then you have the damned nerve to ask this man have he raped or killed someone innocent are you crazy? You should be glad he came home alive and do everything you can to help him adjust to being back home where he's safe and loved.

  8. You have to remember he may have killed the enemy or seen or been involved in gruesome scenes of war that may play on his mind. I don't think he was unfaithful though. Ask him.

  9. im pretty sure he wasnt unfaithfull out there but he may have gone through some pretty bad things that you shouldnt joke about. maybe you should try seriously talking to him about his time out there

  10. he prob was not they have a saying what goes on in Iraq stays in Iraq so but being real with u

  11. He will have been too busy trying not to get himself blown up, shot at or killed to have been playing away from home...and where would he have done this, with an Iraqi woman, a muslim who could be stoned to death for being unfaithful to her husband..get real.

I`m not surprised he was annoyed with your comment, he probably saw so much death and maiming while doing his job that you were very insensitive. All he will have wanted to do was come home and see his family and try to block out the memories in the arms of his woman and reassure himself that `normal` still exists.

You have a lot of making up to do.  I suggest you organise a night in, a few bottles of wine, a nice meal and have a good talk to your brave husband and get it settled once and for all.

  12. Well make it clear you were joking and make him believe you were, you should think before you make jokes like that! It's not just stupid but its disrespectful to our troops who are out there trying their best and not harming anyone.

  13. I doubt very much that he was unfaithful.

Maybe he is trying to deal with a lot of mixed emotions that being out there have raised. I think you need to back off him and give him some space. Incidentally I don't think your comments were very sensitive. Perhaps you should apologise.

  14. Leave him!  I hate people with kids already.

  15. Hi,

Well that a HORRIBLE thing to say to him!

What the **** you expect him to say to that?! He has served his country and has witnessed some horrific things and you come out with a stupid comment like that!

And as a woman who has been raped - it no ******* joke!

Just maybe grow up next time.

No wonder he cold with you, if he was me, I would have walked out on you by now.

    How so disrespectful!

    Jeeze

  16. well if thats what you said then can you blame him, you are old enough to know that some 'jokes' arent funny... you have probably hurt his feelings...

im no soilder, i thank god ive never been in that situation but can you even imagine what hes been through over there, it must have been h**l.. and he comes home and you say that, i think you must talk to him!

  17. idiot......he has just endured the worst time of his life..support the guy he gave his all for country and queen and has seen things you couldnt dream....
