Something related with food/food products.  You can rent a kiosk or a stand at a popular mall and sell a franchised snack there.  Find a really popular snack so there will be less risk.  You can also make it into a coffee bar with a few tables and chairs.  Sell cookies and other baked goods.  Start small but make it really good.
