Question:

I'm wondering if circuit training @a gym would help for volleyball?

My coach tells our team to run uphill sprints in sand and to do sprints, not really long distance running. And we do a lot of squats and push ups as well as leg lifts and etc.

Btw I play front row, I'm an outside hitter for volleyball.

I'm not too sure on what circuit training is either, so if anyone could inform me on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

  1. your coach is tryin to build up ur leg muscles so u can jump higher.
