Ok well first off, I've always had a problem with premature ejaculation so I've read different things on how to help it. One of the things I read was that you could clench the PC muscle before you ejaculate, and hold it in. This would then lead you to remain erect, and you could continue and possible have multiple orgasms.
I tried this as a way of conditioning myself to last longer and see if I could do it. I did it this past friday. I still did ejaculate a little, as I think I had the timing off, but I'm really worried that I hurt something down there. Right after I did it , I noticed I felt a strain. And the strain has been on and off since then. I Mostly feel it when I sit down and am not doing anything.
Its not the PC muscle that hurts though. It feels as though its in the left t******e and sometimes the tip of the p***s hurts too. Well I did some more researching online and I guess there have been some injuries with people that have done this regarding chronic Prostatitis. I've looked into some symptoms of it, and I feel I definately may be describing the pelvic/groinal pain and discomfort.
I'm really worried right now though. I called my doctor and made the earliest appointment for this friday morning, but I was just curious if anyone knows anything about what I did and possibly how serious it may be. I feel really stupid after doing this, and I just hope I didn't do any permenant damage.
