I'm going into bantam and i'm trying out for AAA. Only 15 kids make it out of 120. All we do for tryouts is scrimmage, so i'm worried about playing kids that are 6 feet while in 5 foot 5. I'm just worried i won't make it. What tips do you suggest i do? I'm in a camp all this week so i should be ready, but i'm so nervous!!

Help>

Thanks

  1. Stay cool... If u think positive it helps alot... My mom said if u think positive it will come true like my mom started thinking money comes easily and frequently and my dad won 10,000...

And remember size doesn't matter :)

  2. you have to think you can do it to do it. if you say you are not, you prob will not. but i bet you can make it. size does not really matter. the smaller you are the harder you are to catch, thats what my coach says. so don't worry, i bet you will do fine =]

  3. You can still be good if your small and you can be equally physical as 6 feet tall guys. Just have confidence in yourself. The chances may seem like 1 in 100 but say to yourself you want to be that one.

  4. Mind over matter. You have to believe you can do it. You can't focus on height. You have to focus on YOUR game. Tell yourself over and over that you can do it. Believe it. Then make the coaches believe it.

  5. i dont have any tips or anything=/ but maybe you can help me? i have a problem with nerves also but im not trying for a team with as many people lol
