I'm so worried about my A Levels. I know there are other options, but I so want to go to university and really get the 'university experience' and I DO love to learn. The thing is I've never really been any good at exams, I'm brilliant at coursework, I get it spot on every time right away. But its when I get into that examination room I just can't think on the spot the way they want me too. For example in Literature they ask you write essays in a certain way, I can't think on the spot that way, because I have a different way of thinking. I can manage it at home (with an extended time limit...) but with the added nerves...

Just all this stuff I've heard on here, about university getting you where you want to go, I want to hear what you guys think.

Thanks x

  1. You're not the only one who's worried LOL

My as levels are out next week too, but basically I'm trying not to thin about it too much. There's nothing you can do now but hope, and to put it bluntly, if you've put the work inover the year you really will be ok. Honestly!!

Try not to think about it too much and enjoy your week before the results. Once they're out worst case scenario is you have to reconsider what your plans are for next year, and think about how youcan work on exam technique etc.
