My dog sadie is going to be turning 11 on sept. 8th.

Before taking her to the vet, she was coughing (like throwing up but not actually throwing up) we got her pills and everything. after that she was doing fine for a while. and then she started vomiting and vomiting and shes not eating any more and shes acting completely different. we called the vet and told them and the vet said not to give her any more pills for 4 days. so we haven't gaven her any but she is still throwing up yellow icky stuff. and still not even touching her food. does she have any disease or something? the vet said that those pills rarely make a dog sick.

  1. it could be that your dog is allergic to something in the pill, but just check her every now and then just do what your vet says.

  2. I had a 12 yr old Sib that started doing what you are describing. I took him to the vet, and they did X-rays. The finding was cancer in his chest cavity. I suggest you get her to a vet right away, and have her checked. Without knowing the dog, or seeing what shes like its hard to say what could be wrong. Its so sad they cant tell us when they are sick or hurt.

  3. Not enough info, suggest you call the vet back
