She/he is not coming out of her/him 's shell! I'm very worried about she/he! She/he has not eatin' in 5 hours. Is there something wrong with her/him

sorry i am not familiar with salt water snails

but with freshwater mystery/trapdoor/apple snail they are only dead if it is part way out of the shell

smell it it may be dead

she is probably molting meaning she is going to get a bigger shell because she is growing, happened to my cousin's snail
