Question:

I'm worried that after my 4th child (10.2oz) that i am "loose". Is there anything that can be done?

The new baby seperated my hips, an i was unable to stop the flow of urine for a month, so i'm not sure if my body went back to normal. Is there anything that can b done other than kegal? i do them everyday.

  1. After you have a baby everything goes back to somewhat normal. The muscles were meant to stretch. I would probally do some exercises to strengthen my pelvic muscles.  Here is a website that might help.

  3. There really is nothing else naturaly that can be done.  You can go and have an expensive plastic surgery done on your v****a that will tighten it back up.  But I have four kids and I can feel that it just isn't the same.
