I'm worry, is Hurricane Fay gonna hit Orlando, FL?

I live near Orlando, FL, is hurricane Fay gonna hit near us, what should i do, I'm worry.

don't stress it too much, if it does hit us it would be with a category 1 most likely you would experience strong wind,rain and maybe tornadoes but it wont be so bad it would be way worst if it was a category 3, 4 or 5.

Don't worry.  So far it promises to be a weak storm, and Orlando is far enough inland that the only things that will be seen there is rain and high winds.  I actually want the storm to come, since it will bring us some much-needed rain.  Maybe our lake levels will come back up!

idk i live like 30 miles away from there im scared! my mom is thinking we should leave florida im sooooo scared i have never been in a hurricane before!

Well I live in Michigan and my mother that is 86 and her sister is 89 are going to be alone down there, and my mother just arrived there today.  They live in Orlando..well near Winter Park...my brother also lives near Winter Springs.  I am hoping my brother is going to go and get them.  I get onto your channel 9 every hour to keep checking.  I am in a state that does not get hurricanes, and my poor mother has never been in one either and she is a huge chicken of even her own shadow.  So I am praying for all of you, and keep yourselves safe.

Guys Hurricanes aren't that bad I've lived in Florida all my life. I would say that in Orlando you should be ready it has a good possibility of hitting there. Don't worry, unless it's a category 3,4 or 5, it will probably weaken over land (the rest of Florida)but since the eye is kind of over water I don't know. If you live in a mobile home you need to evacuate, if you have shutters put them up- now don't wait til the storm is on top of you- expect downed trees, flying debris( don't go outside during the storm) power outages, have a flash light handy. Oh and if you see any reporters on TV They are exaggerating! it's not as bad as they tell it. But still never underestimate the storm. Stay Safe and Good Luck!
