    how about if everything is going wrong on an overcast day, and just as he tees off the clouds part an sun shines straight in his face so he can't see where the ball went at all. The guy he's playing against said he sliced it into the trees, instead of where it really went.

  5. when you leave a putt short: your skirt blew up on that one nancy, or you should have left your purse in the cart

    for a possible 3 putt:  theres a little chicken left on that bone

    for a shot that needs a bounce to get to the green:  run like a scaulded dog

    when its a team game and both are on the green putting for birdie, or when you have 2 putts to win a hole or match:  you got 2 pecks at the gobblers eye.

    when a shot is going right at the hole:  that ball is hunting fiberglass

    if someone outdrives another player by a lot:  ask if they heard about that new walmart they're building in town and when they ask where tell them between your ball and mine.

    its always funny to offer lessons after a round if you're playing really good or someone else is playing bad.

    good names for the driver:  the lumber, the big dog, the WMD (weapon of mass destruction), big stick

    for the putter:  the flatstick, mister 3 whiggle

    if someone pulls a putt really badly:  thats a thermon munson, or a lou gehrig (a dead yank)

    for out of bounds:  Old Boy, Oscar Brown

    when a shot is way left with no chance of hitting its target tell it to get right very sarcastically.  the same with shots to the left, too long, or way short.

    for any shot left short, especially putts:  you might want to hit the gym after the round

    for a shot hit fat:  OPEN WIDE FOR CHUNKY SOUP in the voice from the commercial

    for a big drinker when the beverage cart comes around:  thank God.  the ambulance is here

    for a 3 putt:  3 jack, 3 whiggle
