  1. In most states you have to be 18.

  2. Employment. You both need jobs.  (Who's going to pay your rent? ... Mom and Dad?  Probably not. You're both too young to work

You need a place to live .. At 17 how will he get a house or apartment?  See above.

Electricity.  Who will pay your power bill? .. See above.

Food, Water and Clothing? How bout' Transportation?  Oh I guess you can catch the bus.  See above  .. Employment.

    1.  It's a bad idea because at 15 going on 16 you haven't begun to experience the maturity you need to survive  in a world without the above things I mentioned.

    2.  I'm 45 going on 46 and with the housing crisis and gas prices let alone cost of eating going up I sometimes wish I could move back home myself!  You need your parents and not a young man who can't take care of himself let alone you and a baby which you will probably have if you leave home too early.

I work for Fedex Express and make $70,000 plus a year and guess what?  It's incredibly hard to live nowadays without a backup plan to survive.

Stay home untill you graduate and have a decent job with a bank account and transportation and place to live.  It's no joke out here.  Think about it.

  3. Get EMANCIPATED.

    just google it.

    trust me.

Legally remove yourself from your parents but you have to have a:

    STEADY FULLTIME JOB

    BE IN SCHOOL FULLTIME

    HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT

    SOMEWHERE TO LIVE

If you have all that and a REAL reason to leave, you can leave with a judges permission and live with your BF.

    best of luck to you.

and trust me its really hard to do.

Call Juvinelle Hall in your local area and find out how you can do it.

  4. The only way to do that is to get someone to adopt you. thats the only way

  5. i think at 16 you should be able to...

ring up a lawyers office, or a police office - and just ask. they will be friendly and helpful.

i wish you the best of luck - and to Jennifer - people leave their parents houses, usually because it is horrible and mentally detrimental to live with them. I am guessing you are one of the few of us out there in the world who have a good childhood.

  6. nope you cant you have to divorce them why would you want to leave your parents house any way.

And I had an ok childhood I wish I would have had a better one
