I'mSrilankan.which country i can choose to study without bank balance?which country is easy to get a visa?

Aussie and Europe....They're pretty good right now...and never ever consider US as a country to study....that's my opinion....because the economy has been very weak recently...and the visa for student is really hard to get these days...a lot of new rules have been issued  because there are some students that misused their status just to get in the US...so yeah...plus Srilanka is in Asia and it's always easier to get a visa with closer countries...
