Question:

I'ts my third time running 1500 meter and i got 6:20?

is that an good place to be for a person that doesn't run a lot,in grade eight,and i have 2 weeks to train for 1500 meter's? And if anyone knows a stratgety that i could use?????????

  1. ya that is good because you do not run a lot just pace your self


  2. That's an O.K. time but you should practice more.  Here's a tip... When you're practicing try your hardest, the next day you'll be extremely tired but you'll notice (well... I do) that once you run again you wont be as tired.   Hope that helps ;)

  3. You need improvement. I run a 5:20 and I am your age. Work on speed intervals. 2 miles of sprinting 100m, jogging 100m, and keep practicing that every few days, and I'm sure you will see improvement.
