I'v recntly arrived in NorthCarolina,USA on L2 dependent visa.intend to study here.do i need any specific docs

do I req. specific documents in orderto persue my study here? i want to take up some training prog.(computers) so that once i hv an EAD, I can look out for a job.any known institute in Cary,North Carolina, where I can apply?

  1. You do not need any specific documents to study on an L2 visa in the United States. All you will have to do is to meet the admission requirements.

    If all you are searching for is a short-course then you would be better off looking into community colleges in your area, since the cost of tuition would be much lower than your standard four-year university. However, once you have resided in NC for 12 months then you will qualify for in-state tuition which will save you a lot of money but until then, you will pay out-of-state.

    Unfortunately I am not familar with the instiutions in NC, but take a look at the Wiki link below and you should find some schools in your area.
