I've Just realized, I never have nightmares. Why?

Well I had once, but it was just the room being filled with these creatures from a game I played 10 years ago. They surrounded me and i woke up, it was like 10 second dream.

But other then that, i never have nightmares. But I do have some dreams where im awake/sleeping. I can see , cant move, loud noses, try to call for help but cant. Lately I've been able to control that so it doesnt bother me anymore. But how come I dont have any nightmares.

It could possibly mean that you have a pretty chillaxed life and that you're not overburdened or stressed about much. It may also mean that you have a control over things that matter to you.

It sounds to me that the reason your not having any nightmares is because your mind is so "upset" that instead your having whats refered to as a "Frozen waking" which is much more severe than a nightmare because its even affecting you conciously.Theirs something unconciously bothering you that you may not even be aware of.
